Description
The Council requires a supplier to deliver a user device programme which will provide a cradle to grave service.
The Council expects users to be able to search an online catalogue, which informs them of the device and what type of situation it can be used. A user should then be able to âbuyâ and have opportunity to âyou may also likeâ suggestions for device accessories. It is desirable that the solution integrates with the Councilâs SAP ordering and payments solution to ensure a seamless experience. A supplier will be expected to provide the user with a delivery date, deliver to desk, set up the device and remove the old device. All old devices shall be removed, data destroyed and recycled.
