We would be pleased to receive your fixed price tender for the Steel Framed Building Package on the above project. • Steel Framework • Galvanised finish • Fire protection not required • Incorporate 6no overhead I Beams to accommodate manual pulley systems for poultry cages • Supply only holding down bolts for installation by others • (Full dimensioned setting out drawing required from appointed contractor)

• Exterior Wall Cladding • Insulated composite panel • Galvanised steel sheet, rigid insulation • Horizontal galvanised steel rail, • Kingspan KS1000/2000 RW Composite insulated panel (or equal approved) • Colour TBC (Presume standard RAL)

• Roof Cladding • Kingspan KS1000/2000 RW Composite insulated panel (or equal approved) • Fixing points for Photovoltaic panels (installed by others) • Colour TBC (Presume standard RAL)

• Rainwater goods • PVC plastisol guttering • PVC downpipes • Colour TBC (Presume standard RAL)

• External doors & windows • Aluminium powder coat finish • Standard sizes • Suited locks provided by NTU

• Internal partitions • Insulated metal stud generally ½ hour fire rated with taped joints • 1 hour fire rated to plant room (blockwork) • Galvanised steel sheet finish to internal walls of rearing room • Partition structure to include additional support for wall hung fixtures & fittings as noted
