Description
Paragon Community Housing Limited is an award-winning provider of around 9,000 affordable homes across 12 boroughs in West London and South East of England. The proposed Framework will allow for the delivery of Fire Safety Improvement Works to blocks owned and managed by Paragon to meet its responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 on approximately 720 blocks that fall under this legislation. The Framework will also allow for the installation of Automatic Fire Detection Systems and Emergency Lighting as required. The client may require the installers to undertake the servicing of their installations beyond the end of the defects period.Candidates should note that Paragon requires the main contractor to undertake all Fire Safety Improvement Works. Only Automatic Fire Detection System and Emergency Lighting installations may be sub-contracted by the main contractor.Candidates should note that the estimated Framework value is 9,600,000 GDP inclusive of VAT.
