Description
WDH is a housing association formed in March 2005 and is a not for profit organisation with charitable status and regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). WDH owns and manages over 32,000 properties which are divided into three management areas and provide homes for families, elderly, single and vulnerable people.
WDH is carrying out external re-roofing work to a wide variety of property types as part of the on going planned maintenance work to its extensive stock portfolio.
WDH invites tenders from experienced roofing contractors to work alongside and under the direction of WDHâs own Improvements Team. The works will involve working on individual properties within larger schemes, generally below one hundred properties where the contractor will be asked to work on WDHâs programme carrying out various works. Schemes will be in different locations across the geographical area of the Wakefield district.
Upon conclusion of this tender exercise a framework agreement will be established, sub divided into the following lots :
LOT 1 - Re-Roofing works (pitched roofs) LOT 2 - Re-Roofing works (flat roofs) LOT 3 - Rain Water Goods
