Description
Leicestershire County Council is committed to the provision and delivery of services for people with a visual impairment, which are of the highest quality. The Authority wishes to work in Partnership with a Provider to deliver services which achieve and maintain 'Value for Money' and are compatible with our Personalisation Programme and other strategic agendas.
