The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) are looking to host a supplier engagement event ahead of launching the tender to ensure that the brief is clear and deliverable. The date for this engagement day is Tuesday 1st March 2022 at 2-3pm. As well as providing early insight into the content of this tender, BEIS would also welcome feedback to support finalisation of the specification.

The contract will appoint a supplier to provide a range of quick-turnaround monitoring and evaluation support functions. The scope of the work under this contract includes: -M&E scoping and design studies for new policies. -Baseline data collection, piloting and trialling of data collection methods -Ad-hoc evidence collection, analysis or reviews. -Evidence reviews and synthesis to support post-implementation reviews or similar -Feasibility studies and testing of new monitoring and evaluation methods. -Scoping, design and setup of 'real time' monitoring methods.
