Description
Sexual Health Services For Integrated Contraceptive and Sexual Health (Genitourinary Medicine) Service (all age) and Young People's Sexual Health Service (under 25). Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Blackpool Borough Council, Lancashire County Council (together referred to as Pan Lancashire) are mandated to provide comprehensive open access sexual health services. Each Authority is conducting its own separate procurement for these services and will therefore issue their own tenders. Blackpool Council is seeking proposals for two separate lots from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a fully Integrated Specialist Sexual Health Services (all age) and Young People Sexual Health Service (Lot 1 (All age) - to be delivered in broad accordance with the established Level 1, 2 and 3 service model for sexual health service provision. Lot 2 (Young People - to be delivered in broad accordance with the Level 1 and 2 service model for sexual health service provision and includes the National Chlamydia Screening Programme The service will support delivery against the three main sexual health Public Health Outcomes Framework measures: under 18 conceptions chlamydia diagnoses (15-24 year olds) HIV at a late stage of infection
