Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (The Council) is inviting tenders for a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to undertake a business and options appraisal relating to the Welwyn Hatfield Community Housing Trust, an organisation wholly owned by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council
The Council is considering two options:
1) Retaining the Community Housing Trust 2) Bringing the Community Housing Trust back âin houseâ as the housing department of the Council
