Description
Furness Avenue â Refurbishment and Balustrade Work
Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to carry out external refurbishment works. The works will include renewal of structural steel columns, cladding and glazing to the communal entrance blocks and gables, together with replacement of balcony railings at one of our Sheltered Housing Schemes in Dunstable.
It is anticipated that work will take 8 weeks to complete and will be carried out between January â March 2017.
