Description
NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking to procure a provider for the Termination of Pregnancy Services (TOPs) contract. This is a Prior Information Notice to notify potential providers of the upcoming procurement and to invite interested providers to participate in pre-procurement market engagement by responding to a market engagement questionnaire - the results of which may be used in the final design of the procurement and the Services. It is expected that the contract will be for a proposed period of 5 years with no opportunity for any further extensions. The estimated total contract value is approximately £1,265,000 per annum. This value is indicative and may be subject to change (over and above any chargeable actual activity completed in relation to a cost and volume contract) dependent on NHSE guidance. It is currently envisaged that the procurement will be published in November 2022. The Contracting Authority is inviting interested providers to register their interest in the future contract opportunity by expressing their interest in the project and replying to the Market Engagement Questionnaire attached to this notice along with other Market Engagement materials.
The Contracting Authority requests interested providers to consider the questionnaire and to provide a completed questionnaire response to [email protected] by no later than 12noon on 14th November 2022. The Contracting Authority intends to use the information provided by interested providers in the design of the procurement process, in the finalisation of the specification and associated documents ahead of the tender stage. Interested providers can access the documentation via attachments area of this notice and ask clarification questions as required for the Authority's consideration during this pre procurement market engagement phase via [email protected]. Please note the deadline to receive clarification questions is 12 noon on 7th November 2022.
