Description
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the 'Client) are looking to develop a site within their ownership for self-contained independent living which works within the HAPPI standard of 'care ready', has a philosophy of community led engagement and co-design in its application and achieves a high level of sustainability in both the delivery of homes and adaptability of place. Collectively these sites are referred to as the 'Having the Right Place to live Programme' which is about providing sustainable independent homes and places to people who access care and support. The Client is looking to appoint a Planning Consultant via the LCP Dynamic Purchasing System to support the client side team to initially take the project up to feasibility stage (RIBA stage 1+) including the initial co-design process, formation of a business case and then, - subject to formal committee approvals up to making planning applications and approval (RIBA stage 2/3).
The Planning Consultant will support the project team and assist in developing the project in accordance with the Client's brief, procedures and supplementary documentation. This opportunity has been distributed on adamprocure.co.uk
