Description
The Commercial Services Department at Lancaster University is seeking a digital system solution to streamline their multiple food management, procurement and payment processes. Current processes are manual, inefficient and not ideal for meeting nutritional and allergen requirements.â¯â¯
Commercial Services is responsible for managing the Universities retail units and conference and hospitality services, all which cater for the requirements of students, staff and visitors. The Retail units are a combination of bars and sit down restaurants. The catering service for conferences and internal University catering is a 7 day service supporting a variety of meetings and events.â¯
