Scope of Works

The Medical Research Council Unit Gambia has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 14 inwardly opening doors.

Criteria: • Plain/Clear Glass • Glass thickness of 10mm • Number of rails: 3 • Number of hinges:3 • Doorset colour: white. • No high rise threshold as doors are fitted in high traffic areas. • Doors must be strong enough to withstand heavy traffic and use. • The doors must be flush panelled on both sides. • Easy to clean. • Useable in hygiene sensitive area. • Easy to fit

Each door :-

• To be fitted with an adjustable overhead door closer • To be fitted with a 200mm long flat plated ‘D’ shaped handle on both sides • Half glazed. • Each door to be fitted with a euro cylinder latch lock with five keys

Please note that the length and width stated below is the opening size and the thickness is the door thickness.

If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for CCS eSourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so.

Once you have registered on the eSourcing Suite, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. This is done by emailing [email protected]. Your email must clearly state: the name and reference for the procurement you wish to register for; the name of the registered Bidder; and the name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email. Crown Commercial Service will process the email and then enable the Bidder to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done
