The works comprise of; â¢The replacement of flat entrance doors with 30 minute certified doorsets. â¢The replacement of communal doors and screens with 60 minute certified doorsets (doors unlatched). â¢The replacement of electrical intake doors/dry risers with 60 minute certified doorsets â¢The replacement of plastic trunking with galvanised cable trunking. â¢Removal of Asbestos panels. â¢Fire stopping â¢Redecoration of communal areas to class O. â¢Localised flooring repairs.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
