Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) is seeking to implement a Framework Agreement of Architectural Consultants including External Landscaping Consultants with experience in the design of secure accommodation within a mental health, community health and residential context to facilitate delivery of their construction and refurbishment projects in line with their rolling annual capital programme.
