Description
Durham City Homes wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out (1) Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR) on a range of properties managed by Durham City Homes in accordance with itâs legal obligations as a Landlord. The EICR is to ensure the condition of the electrics comply with the current British Standard for electrical safety (BS7671). (2) Any remedial work identified during the visual inspection and periodic testing of electrical installations. NE Procurement Ltd is managing this procurement on behalf of Durham City Homes.
