Description
The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering for a Simultaneous Thermal Analyser and Mass Spectrometer. We require a simultaneous thermal analyser capable of analysing glass, ceramic, molten salt, polymer and cement materials, by the following techniques: ⢠Thermo-Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) ⢠Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) ⢠Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) ⢠Mass Spectrometry (MS) For our desired purpose, the microbalance system should faciltate use of samples up to 30g in weight with a sensitivity of 1 micro gram or better

Delivery Notes
Must be delivered and installed on site at Sir Robert Hadfield Building in Sheffield.
Must be installed and validated through the conduction of acceptance tests, including the operation of all software, ideally by no later than 21st August 2015.
