The works comprise of: â¢The replacement of flat entrance doors with 30 minute certified doorsets. â¢The replacement of communal doors and screens with 60 minute certified doorsets. â¢The replacement of refuse chute doors, store doors and drying room doors with 60 minute certified doorsets (doors to be fitted with GERDA suited locks) â¢Replacement of vents to communal ducting with fire shutters. â¢Fire stopping above ceiling void and overboarding of ceiling. â¢Construction of fire rated cupboards to electrical intake points (3no) â¢Redecoration of communal areas to class O â¢Localised flooring repairs â¢Installation of a Premises Information Box
