Description
Consultant support to appraise existing WY+Y highway maintenance practices against government guidelines; undertake gap analysis and present recommendations to districts authorities for attaining maximum government funding.
Outputs 1. Self-assessment report for each district 2. Gap-analysis report for improvements 3. Recommendations report for improved highway maintenance practice and delivery programme.
