Scope of Requirement:
We are seeking a quality proposal that is able to meet the time constraints of this project as highlighted in the attached spreadsheets. This Includes internal decorating of corridors, entrance lobbies, 7 bed rooms and kitchen and approx. 208 Individual rooms.
This project has tight timelines to adhere to and suppliers should read the tender documentaion carefully.
