Description
This is not a commencement of a procurement process.
West Sussex County Council will be conducting a procurement process in April 2016 in order to award a new contract for the Occupational Health Service. This will take effect from the 1 October 2016 on expiry of the current contract.
Ahead of the procurement we are keen to explore some areas of the service by undertaking a market consultation exercise with interested providers regarding our plans, so that these can be considered before formally starting the procurement process. Interested organisations are requested to provide their responses to the questions via the online questionnaire.
Next Steps Please note this is not the start of a procurement process; a separate contract notice will be published to cover this requirement and start that process.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this briefing paper please use the messaging system within this e-Sourcing portal to contact us, Alison Eastman is the Procurement Officer assigned to this consultation and she will be your contact in respect of this questionnaire and any future procurement, if you choose to take part.
We need responses to be returned by 5pm on Monday 4 April 2016 so that we have time to incorporate these into the planned procurement.
Your responses are appreciated, thank you for responding to this questionnaire.
Organisations that participate in this market consultation will be advised when the procurement documentation is published.
Additional information: This is not the commencement of a procurement, this is a market consultation exercise. The questionnaire can be found via the Councils e-Sourcing portal via registering at the link below:
