Description
The MCA ICT division is delivering a new technology solution for the whole MCA. Integration with Coastguard systems for Coastguard operational purposes, voicemail, contact centre implementation, video conferencing facilities and new telephones for each desk. A technology project management service is required to ensure that the infrastructure, platform and end user technology services work streams and are designed fit for purpose, installed in controlled environments, operate within service levels and support continuous service improvement
