Description
Birmingham City Council (BCC) in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) are looking for a training provider to deliver a Retail Selling and Customer Service training programmme for unemployed Birmingham residents aged 17+ to develop and prepare individuals for working in a retail and customer care enviroment.
This initiative is in response to the retail sector identifying the need to identify potential employees having some knowledge of the industry to ensure sustainabilty in this sector.
The successful supplier will facilitate 190 participants in attending awareness training of the retail and customer service industry to include understanding of working in a retail environment and the delivery of pre-employment support.
