Description
The Guinness Partnership (TGP) wish to procure an Asset Management Software Solution (AMS) which will enable effective management of the organisation's housing portfolio. The tendering exercise will seek to identify the most appropriate solution which can provide system capability, usability, integration across the whole organisation providing accurate timely accessable information. The Programmeâs main strategic objective is to implement an Asset Management Solution to enable the effective management of TGPâs land and assets. This must support Guinnessâ 2018 Strategy & Business Plan; - Really making the most of our assets â Providing the right homes for our customers, now and in the future.
