Description
A professional service with leading edge customer experience is required to undertake an independent strategic review of a large administrative customer support function in CQC.
The service includes a diverse range of tasks, with the requirement of both a regional presence and a central contact centre & processing centre.
The review is expected to provide expertise on an operating model that can be benchmarked with similar organisations, a focus on future proofing in line with the strategy of the organisation, whilst driving value for money and efficiencies.
Additional information: This is a competition run by the Care Quality Commission and suppliers should be aware that OGC Model Service Terms and Conditions shall apply.
