Description
The overall aim is to deliver a value added, highly practical EMCC Practitioner Level Coaching Qualification aimed at NHS staff that want to deliver coaching to health and social care colleagues across the East Midlands.
Proposals are sought from experts in the field of coaching as a sole programme provider or working in partnership, to work with the East Midlands Leadership Academy, to design an innovative and engaging EMCC Practitioner Level Coaching.
Learnersâ knowledge and experience of coaching will be variable. Some may have very basic knowledge; others will have a deeper understanding however the programme will be positioned at practitioner level.
Referring to the context and drivers outlined in section 2, the programme should reflect the current challenges and opportunities facing the NHS and the wider system.
The programme should encompass a balance of innovative learning methods to accommodate a diverse range of learning styles.
Each cohort will attract approximately 14 participants.
If appropriate, the successful provider will be expected to assist with the design and delivery of the programme application process.
A minimum of one cohort will be delivered with the option of delivering subsequent cohorts subject to demand and performance.
Providers should illustrate clearly how they plan to evaluate the success of the programme in their bid submission. This should include baseline measurement, in programme evaluation and post programme evaluation.
