Description
INCIC's product will be a bespoke and innovative digital solution that will offer a transparent and interactive interface between the public sector services that manage physical and mental health, a third sector provider (INCIC) of commissioned/paid for services and the patient/client.
It will enable a digital oversight of the planning, provision, and utilisation of services by the patient/client and their doctor and other key professionals e.g., mental health worker, counsellor, with an update of records for all parties on activity that has taken place in support of the patient/client. It will provide a platform for digital referral for the first time and for the patient client to select paid for services and self-report changes in symptoms and new needs to access further support.
It will deliver on the long-standing change in service expectation and principle of 'choice and control' aspiration common to the strategies of health, mental and social care services. The product will meet all medical and clinical compliance regulations.
