Description
North of England commissioning Support for and on behalf of NHS Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish to carry an innovation stimulation process in the field of mental health and learning disabilities. The process will allow organisations from across all sectors [collaborative working across sectors and/or across pathways will be encouraged] to access funding for a 12 month period to test initiatives which will support the CCG in attaining the outcomes they wish to achieve for people with a mental health condition and or a learning disability.
