Description
Uttlesford District Council require cleaning, handyman and meeting setup services for their new site located at the old 'Winfresh' banana ripening centre near Stansted. The site is located at High Cross Lane, Little Canfield and consists of warehousing, office accommodation and a conference suite. Part of the site will be let to a third party, these parts are outside of this contract.
