GP OUT OF HOURS SERVICESTAKEHOLDER EVENT
is to be held on the 2nd JULY 2015 commencing at 09.30 a.m. at The Priory Campus, Pontefract Road, Lundwood, Barnsley, S71 5PN Tel: 01226 770610 NHS - BCCG wishes to engage with potential provider organisations who are interested in providing a GP Out of Hours service to the population of Barnsley. The service will deliver essential services that would usually be provided by primary medical services in-hours. The service will need to meet all national standards, including the National Quality Standards for GP Out of Hours services. The service will be delivered in 3 main patient streams: 1. Telephone advice. 2. Face to face consultation at a primary care centre. 3. Home visits The estimated cost envelope for the service is approximately £1.9 million per annum.
The anticipated start date for the service is the 1st June 2016
