Description
HM Government of Gibraltar invites tenders for the provision of data hosting services within a Tier 3 accredited data centre(s) for Data Hall A 10 racks and Data Hall B 6 racks.
The Data Centre(s) must be located in Gibraltar.
Interested parties may submit tenders via HM Government of Gibraltar's Supplier Network Portal https://hmgogsupplier.gibraltar.gov.gi

Additional information: Gibraltar does not participate in the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) under the World Trade Organization (WTO). HM Government of Gibraltar therefore reserves the right to consider only those bids from eligible tenderers in Gibraltar, the UK, or a country or territory covered by a trade agreement extending to Gibraltar that contains relevant procurement provisions.
Organisations established in a non-eligible country (see para above) may participate in tenders issued by HM Government of Gibraltar, at HM Government of Gibraltar's sole discretion, if, as part of their submission, they demonstrate to HM Government of Gibraltar's satisfaction, the creation/establishment of an organisation in Gibraltar, to deliver the requirements of the tender.
