Description
Maldon District Council (MDC) has identified the need to improve the water supply to the Promenade Park. Visitor numbers have greatly increased since the existing supply was installed, and this project will also ensure spare capacity for future projects.
Works will include but is not limited to â ⢠Laying larger incoming water main ⢠Reconfiguration of existing water supply network on the Park ⢠Removal of redundant pipework ⢠Installation of additional outlet points/features ⢠Liaising with Statutory Undertaker to ensure work completed complies with relevant legislation
Works must start after the closure of the Splash Park, during the first 2 weeks of September, exact date to be confirmed, and must be completed no later than 27 November 2015.
