Description
AMTS (Accessibility Mystery Traveller Survey) to monitor accessibility across the TfL network and highlight areas of strength and areas for improvement. The appointed research agency will implement, manage, develop and drive action from TfLâs Accessibility Mystery Traveller Survey (AMTS) programme. The agency appointed will work closely with TfLâs Customer Research & Insight team and TfLâs internal clients to plan a focused, efficient and cost effective programme of work.
