Description
A suitably qualified and experienced Contractor is required for the provision of quality timely and appropriate legal services with regard to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). This also includes the provision of added value services such as briefings law updates and training.The scope of the service provided will be:â¢Considering and providing advice on alternative routes that are to be taken and the risks involved in pursuing (or not pursuing) legal action in formal court proceedingsâ¢Providing legal advice on Anti-Social Behaviour issuesâ¢Issuing proceedingsâ¢Attending first hearing and subsequent hearings, defended or undefendedâ¢Advising on related policies/procedures
