Description
deliver the following works: Internal refurbishment of Units 23 and 25 Halford Street. The works will generally comprise of the removal of creating an opening between the units to create one space. Internal decoration, new flooring, removal of non-loadbearing partitions.
Additional information: Leicester City Council wishes to appoint a contractor to deliver the following works: Internal refurbishment of Units 23 and 25 Halford Street. The works will generally comprise of the removal works to create an opening between the units to create one space; internal decoration; new flooring and removal of non-loadbearing partitions. Details of the requirement and relevant drawings can be accessed via DueNorth. Contractors are required to carry out site visits (by appointment only) to obtain all the information as to the nature of the site, means of access, storage of materials, local conditions and restrictions and other matters which may affect the execution of the works. Arrangements for visiting the site will be by appointment only, and may be made by contacting: Becky Wigley (0116 454 2217) Under no circumstances shall the Contractor visit any of the sites without prior arrangement and agreement with the LCC. The contractor must be available to commence works in w/c 10th August 2015. The anticipated duration of the works is 3 weeks.
