Description
Rochdale Borough Council is looking to appoint an agency to refresh its recycling and waste communication materials; developing new branding for its waste and recycling collection service. The new branding will be used to promote a new collection service launching on 5th October 2015 For the branding refresh, the agency will be required to develop the attached artwork (print ready) within the specification, as a minimum by 18th August 2015. Please see attached documents, Request for Quotation, Specification The deadline for submissions will be Thursday 12.00 noon on 23rd July 2015.
