BUYER EVENT PROVISION OF BUILDING SERVICE TERM CONTRACTS DATE: TUESDAY 21ST JULY 2015, 10:00 - 11:30 VENUE: Torbay Council, Town Hall, Torquay TQ1 3DR Torbay Development Agency are planning to undertake a series of procurements in order to tender for Building Service Term Contracts to aid in the management of Torbay Council, TDA and School building stock. The areas are: 1. Servicing of Mechanical Plant and Equipment 2. Fixed Wiring Inspections 3. Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting 4. Asbestos Management 5. Lift Maintenance & Inspections 6. Automatic Powered Doors, Gates & Barriers 7. Lightning Protection 8. Water Hygiene Risk Assessment & Monitoring This event is aimed at providing potential suppliers with an overview of the services being purchased and details of the procurement process. Note: it is not a requirement of the procurement that you must attend this event in order to be able to tender.
