Description
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council wish to appoint a Framework of Providers for the provision of a Housing Related Support Service. and for the provision of a Housing Related Support Service delverd by a Key Worker, working intensively with vulnerable adults as part of our recent successful Transformation Challenge Award bid.
