Description

Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) intends to publish an opportunity for an organisation to provide an Integrated Community Gynaecology service from May 2016.

The proposed service will be high quality, accessible, multi-disciplinary and consultant led. The service will ensure that women are treated in an environment that is sensitive to their needs.

Further information on the proposed service is included in the attached questionnaire document.

Ahead of the publication of the procurement opportunity, the CCG is seeking information from providers to:

• Provide feedback on the proposed service model • Assess market interest and capability to provide the service • Understand which interventions can be provided in a community setting

Interested providers are encouraged to provide their views on the service by completing the questionnaire and returning it to Lorna Willis [email protected] by 31st July 2015.

Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to this soft market testing/sounding exercise and a response to this notice does not guarantee any invitation to participate in any future public procurement process that the Commissioning Authority may conduct.

This notice does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services for the Commissioning Authority and the Commissioning Authority is not bound to accept any proposals offered. The Commissioning Authority is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the soft market testing/sounding exercise. Any procurement of any services by the Commissioning Authority in due course will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 and the Public Contracts (Amendment) Regulations 2009 No. 2992.

Any responses provided will not be treated as commercially confidential and may be used by the Commissioning Authority in the final service specifications used for the contracts but no organisation will be individually identified.
