NOTE: This notice was updated on 24 May 2022 for the following reason: further extension of time(Newport City Homes (NCH) wishes to procure a suitably experienced and competent service provider to carry out a Pest Control Service Contract, Reactive, void and Planned pest control service, for the following â¢External and Internal communal areas â¢Schemes including high rise blocks â¢All tenanted domestic properties, internally/externally â¢All non-tenanted domestic properties, internally/externally â¢Commercial buildings to include NCH office sites, internally/externally. â¢Managing Partnered properties, internally/externally.
