This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: Publication and call for competition will be conducted once scopeof work is fully defined and approved. Subject to approval of the service specification and funds approval,NHS England intends to offer an opportunity to provide healthcare services to services users in the following establishments: â Lot 1: HMP Bedford (primary care, integrated mental health, substance misuse, social care) â Lot 2: HMP Peterborough (clinical substance misuse; mental health secondary care); Clare Lodge [securechildrens' home, welfare only] (primary care, looked-after childrens' nursing, integrated mental health) â Lots 3: HMP Highpoint, HMP Warren Hill, HMP Hollesley Bay (non-clinical substance misuse) NHS England is seeking to appoint efficient and innovative providers of healthcare who can demonstrate their ability to improve health outcomes for the vulnerable populations associated with these establishments. Contracts will be let per lot ie on a lead contractor basis and therefore potential bidders may wish to begin scoping potential sub-contracting arrangements to prepare for bidding. To assist with this NHS England is putting together a list of organisations and the type of services they provide with the intention of making this available to all potential bidders.
