Description
APHA requires a Bronze Service Contract for the Equipment. This shall include the following: ⢠Two (2) Preventative Maintenance visits. ⢠Standard Corrective Maintenance call-out charge of £166.50 per hour during Working Hours. ⢠Priority Response. ⢠Calibration / verification of the independent channels (to be carried out during the Preventative Maintenance visits). ⢠10% discount on Repair Parts.
The Equipment is used for processing serum samples for surveillance and for emergency response in the Surveillance and Laboratory Services Department at APHA Weybridge.
