Description
APHA requires a Standard Agreement Service Contract for the Equipment. This shall include the following: ⢠Two (2) Preventative Maintenance visits. ⢠Unlimited Corrective Maintenance visits. ⢠All engineer travel and labour. ⢠All Repair Parts. ⢠Priority Response. ⢠Access to comprehensive technical advice via dedicated channels during Working Hours. ⢠Modification updates (excluding upgrades).
