Description

GBC are seeking to complete the replacement of all lights in our car parks, before the end of November 2022. Many of our existing LED lights will be coming to the end of their life at this time.

GBC is seeking to appoint a single suitable NICEIC/ECA or similar and equally qualified electrical contractor for the upgrade, maintenance and future repair of its car park lighting systems. As part of this upgrade GBC are seeking more environmentally friendly solutions, that: o Only involve replacing the gear tray of the lighting system (not the entire unit) and; o Have a dimming function, that allows GBC to dim lights at time of no occupancy in car park areas remotely, which can be changed by a user at GBC.

The lighting upgrade will be for both standard and emergency lighting.

In addition, we are seeking the same contract to undertake monthly inspections, annual battery drains and ad-hoc light replacements due to misuse/abuse.
