Description
The contract is for the re-designing the road and parking layout of Fern Lodge Estate to ensure pedestrian safety and access for emergency vehicles across the whole of the estate.
The works will include extensive new and hard and soft landscaping to improve and enhance the overall appearance of the estate and absorb noise and pollution. The works will also create 91 parking space and 6 disabled parking bays.
Expected outcomes are that the works will improve the estate layout which will reduce crime and fear of crime, improved safety for pedestrians and create a more aesthetically pleasing environment.
Additional information: The deadline for receipt of Expression of Interest and completed Business Questionnaires on EU Supply is 21st August 2015
We plan to send out invitations to tender to shortlisted suppliers on or after 8th September 2015 with the intention to commence the contract on 2nd January 2016.
Tender selection will be based upon the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.
