Description
âTell us about your careâ â Expressions of Interest invited
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is looking to gauge market interest and conditions for the provision of services to gather intelligence from people who use services, their family members and carers relating to the quality of health and social care services in England.
As the independent regulator of health and adult social care services in England, CQC is responsible for monitoring and inspecting these services to ensure they are providing care that is safe, effective, caring, responsive to peoplesâ needs and well-led. Listening to and acting on peopleâs experiences of care is vital to CQCâs work, as it helps us to decide when, where and what to inspect, supports better registration, inspection, judgements and ratings, and results in better information for the public.
Since 2012, CQC has established a number of partnerships with national voluntary organisations, known as âTell us about your careâ partnerships, in order to increase our access to peopleâs experiences of care via organisations that are already working with and hearing from people on an on-going basis.
CQC now wishes to engage with the wider market in order to inform both the development and delivery of their future service requirements for âTell us about your careâ, and in the first instance CQC would like to invite interested organisations to submit an expression of interest.
Please also note that CQC anticipates publishing a âRequest for Informationâ (RFI) market engagement exercise during w/c 16th May 2016, whereby organisations who are interested in this requirement will have the opportunity to review a draft Service Specification and respond to a number of questions regarding the nature of the service requirement. As part of this process, webinar sessions are anticipated to be held on 24th May (13:00â 14:30) and 25th May (11:30 â 13:00) to enable CQC to provide further information about the service requirement (please note that the times/dates of the webinars are subject to change).
Additional information: Other information To submit an expression of interest, please register or log into https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta. Go to your Response Manager and add the following Access Code: S6R6GHWCVV. The tender box will be open a 14.00 hours on 10/05/16. If your organisation is already registered with Delta, you will not need to register again - simply use your existing username and password. Please note there is a password reminder link on the homepage.
Please note that this facility allows the provider to express an interest only at this stage - it is NOT a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) exercise and is NOT part of any pre-qualification or selection process.
An Expression of Interest is no indication of a commitment to participate in any potential future tender process nor does it infer any preferential or special status on those organisations who do submit an Expression of Interest.
