Description
The University of Sheffield wishes to appoint a company to provide the print and fulfilment of the university Alumni Magazine Package.
The Alumni Magazine Package consists of 1 magazine, 2 questionnaires, 2 outer envelopes, 3 return envelopes, a fundraising flyer, a carrier sheet and a membership card.
The services to be provided broadly cover: Print and fulfilment of the University's annual alumni magazine as detailed below: - Print the alumni magazine. - Print fundraising flyer. - Print alumni and non-alumni questionnaires. - Print alumni membership card letter/questionnaire with degradable or recycled card and carrier sheet. - Print pre-paid return envelope (for use in the UK). - Print return envelope for US. - Print return envelope for overseas. - Print paperwrap/outer delivery envelope for UK and overseas. - Print paperwrap/outer delivery envelope for US. - Collate magazine and inserts dependant on specific segmentations. - Distribute to all addressees in UK and overseas (data provided by the University).
