Description

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) proposes to conduct a market study into legal services. The purpose of this market study is to examine whether competition in the legal services sector in England and Wales (E&W) is working effectively for individual consumers and a subset of small enterprises, and – if not found to be working well – how it might be improved. The CMA’s requirement, as part of the market study, is for: Strand 2 1. Qualitative research with a subset of small enterprises that have used (or took steps to use) at least one legal service in the last year 2. (As an option) Quantitative research with a subset of small enterprises that have used (or took steps to use) at least one legal service in the last year
