Description
Network Homes wishes to establish a Framework of solicitors capable of providing a variety of services in 2 Lots:
Lot 1- Property & Development, which could cover advice in relation to matters such as: â¢Funding â¢Site acquisition and planning â¢Contracts and procurement advice â¢Contractual delivery vehicles â¢Construction â¢Acquisition and disposals â¢Sales and leases â¢Other specialist advice
Lot 2- which could cover advice in relation to service areas such as: â¢Finance â¢Governance â¢Corporate â¢Housing management Litigation â¢General Advice â¢Housing and Asset Management Advice including leasehold management and disputes â¢Procurement â¢HR
It is intended to appoint 6 firms to each Lot. Some solicitors could be appointed to both Lots. The term of the framework will be 4 years from the commencement date. Contracts will be called off the framework as and when required. No guarantee of the volume of work can be given.
