It will be held at: Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club 3 Harbour Quay Eastbourne East Sussex BN23 5QF A link to their website and directions is here http://www.shyc.co.uk/find.php?lang=&u=&p= Although there is no limit to numbers of people attending, Tenderers wishing to attend the briefing session should respond via the secure messaging service within the Tender section of the e-sourcing website, indicating who from their organisation will be attending, by Thursday 28th January at 4pm.

An opportunity to visit the buildings will be offered on Thursday 11th February from 9am to 12pm and Friday 12th February from 12pm to 4.30pm.
